Steven Spincola

Steven joined the Columbia Dining team in July 2024. Steven has over a decade of experience in the food service industry and previously worked under Chef Thomas Keller at Per Se. He is excited to bring the food and beverage knowledge and guest experience skills he's gained from years working in restaurants and apply them to the student dining experience at Ferris Booth Commons. Steven's favorite food is osso buco and in his free time, he enjoys playing pool and spending time with family.
