Please complete this form to confirm or cancel your Fall 2020 Columbia Dining Plan.

  • Students not invited to live in Columbia University Housing during Fall 2020 are eligible to cancel the Fall term's plan.
  • Students who will live on campus in Columbia University Housing during Spring 2020 will maintain their original selection for the Spring term.
  • Students who are not living on campus, but are in New York City, may elect to confirm or cancel the Fall term selection.

Billing will be assessed by the term or based on your Check-Out date for students on a Weekly plan. Block meal plans will be refunded any meals left over.
