New Student Orientation Program (NSOP) 2025 Dining Service

Starting on Sunday, August 24, Columbia Dining will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner service to new students and students supporting NSOP programming.

The following dates of service are for incoming First-Year, Transfer, Combined Plan, and Exchange students, as well as students supporting NSOP programming. Dining service for returning upperclass and graduate students does not begin until Friday, August 29.

Saturday, August 23, 2025

Dinner service will be provided only to international first-year students who checked into Columbia Housing that day and their families. Please refer to communications from NSOP administrators for times and locations of service.

Sunday, August 24, 2025

Dinner service will conclude promptly at 5:30 p.m. due to Convocation.

Monday, August 25, 2025

Tuesday, August 26, 2025

*Students who have planned excursions may take a to-go lunch

Wednesday, August 27, 2025*

*Dining plans for new First-Year, Transfer, Combined Plan, and Exchange students begin on August 27. From this point forward, students should bring their CUIDs to the NSOP tents and swipe in.

Labor Day Hours

Dinner service will operate on a modified schedule over the Labor Day holiday from Friday, August 29 - Monday, September 1.
