Winter Break 2022 Operating Hours

Residential and retail units will be closed or have adjusted operating hours between December 23 and January 16. Normal operating hours will resume on January 17. 

Meal service will be provided through Faculty House for Columbia Dining Plan Holders during the break period. See schedule below.

Winter Break Operations

Faculty House will be providing limited service from Dec 27 - Dec 31, and Jan 2 - Jan 16.

Open to Columbia Dining Plan Holders by Meal Swipe Only

Over winter break, Columbia Dining Plan Holders may pay by meal swipe only; credit cards, Dining Dollars, Flex, and guest swipes will not be accepted. 

The Columbia-Barnard meal exchange program will be paused during the break period.

Serving Hot Lunch, To-Go Dinner, and Take-4 Style Breakfast

  • From 12 - 2p.m., service will be dine-in
  • From 2 - 6 p.m., service will be to-go
  • Columbia Dining Plan Holders may also use an additional meal swipe to take 4 items, including granola bars, whole fruit, pop tarts, cereal cups, etc., for breakfast or snacks.
