The Fac Shack World Tour was inspired directly by student feedback from the fall Dining survey, where many students shared a desire for more menu variety. In response, the Fac Shack team designed a 10-week rotation that highlights a different cuisine each week, starting with Thai cuisine. Throughout the semester, menus will feature culinary favorites from Spain, the Caribbean, Italy, Greece, France, Japan, India, and more.
As the semester wraps up, Fac Shack will bring back the most popular cuisines for the final weeks, as determined by student feedback. Stop by each week, try them all, and help decide which global flavors deserve a permanent place on the menu. Thanks to everyone who made their voices heard – we hope to see you on tour.
While we're mixing it up, Sundays will be a different kind of sauce this semester. Our Sunday Sauce menu from last semester will transition into a steaming hot bowl of ramen for students to enjoy. Be sure to stop by the truck on Sundays to give it a try.
