From signing cookbooks and serving Bibimbap at Wilma's Grill, to sharing stories from her own undergraduate experience at Columbia, Chef Joo's return to Columbia was one of our favorite Chef Meet & Eats yet.
Thank you to Columbia Engineering Alumni for introducing us to Chef Joo. We are already planning which recipes to add to our regular menu rotation and hope Chef Joo willl visit us on campus again sometime soon.
