Mohon Miah

Mohon Miah joined the Columbia Dining team in April 2026 as Assistant Manager at JJ’s Place. Drawing on over 20 years of restaurant management experience, including his previous role as a Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack, he oversees day-to-day operations and supports the team to ensure students have a great dining experience. Mohon holds a Business Management degree from BMCC and is passionate about helping teams succeed while continuing to find new ways to elevate the dining experience. A lifelong New Yorker, Mohon enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Knicks, playing video games, watching movies, and attending Broadway shows.
