Mello Orr joined the Columbia Dining team as an Assistant Manager in January 2026. Bringing 15 years of food service experience to the role, he supports senior management and chefs to maintain productivity and a seamless flow of service. Mello is known for always bringing good vibes to the team and is looking forward to further expanding his leadership skills. Originally from Washington Heights and now residing in Jamaica, Queens, Mello loves gaming and spending time with his cats.
