Thomas Gannon

Thomas Gannon joined the Dining team at Columbia in 2023. Prior to Columbia, he earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and later made his way to New York to cook. Thomas has over 15 years of cooking and chef experience in NYC restaurants, from the most intimate steakhouse to the rowdiest hotel rooftop taco bar. He is an empathetic and approachable leader and takes pride in teaching others while learning from them, too. His favorite cuisine is Chinese, but his favorite singular food is pizza. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, movies and visiting the Met Museum, and exploring the city in search of new and exciting foods.
