Andrew joined the Columbia Dining team in November 2023. He is excited to enhance students' dining experiences at Ferris Booth Commons, drawing on his prior role as the Manager of the Executive Dining Room at Credit Suisse with Aramark. With over a decade in the hospitality industry, including stints at prestigious hotels like The Pierre, InterContinental New York Barclay, and Park Lane Hotel New York, his passion for providing top tier dining services is second nature. He is a devoted dog lover, and his rat terrier, Spike, holds a special place in his heart. Having traveled to France multiple times, French cuisine has become his favorite, which he would love to incorporate into the menu at Ferris.
