Robert Stewart

Robert Stewart serves as the General Manager at Ferris Booth Commons. Previously, he worked as Manager of Rutgers Dining Services, and before transitioning to higher education, he managed fine dining establishments like Mediterra in downtown Princeton and the Publick House in Chester, New Jersey. In his role, Robert leads by example to create a positive culture that makes staff excited to be part of the team. He hopes to bring efficiency, flavor, and exceptional hospitality to the Columbia community. Outside of work, Robert is a dedicated husband and father of two boys, roles that have turned him into a part-time IT tech, landscaper, human piñata, and an aspiring Pokémon master.
