Columbia Dining is working with its food suppliers to closely monitor domestic cases of cyclosporiasis. Food safety is a critical priority for our team. Based on initial information from the FDA, we can confirm that our food supplier does not purchase from the vendors identified in the current investigation.

The Summer break is a period of refresh for many - for Columbia Dining it is a chance to prepare for the new year and sharpen skills. The team has been lucky enough to form a partnership with the Culinary Institute of America and host Chefs on campus for training sessions. This year’s theme was a focus on the basics, culminating in a cooking competition to add another element of excitement for the teams in the kitchen!

Ferris Booth Commons access is now available for all Columbia Dining Plan Holders, effective 12:00 p.m. (noon) today 5/3. This includes Columbia Dining Plan Holders who do not currently have Morningside campus access due to current restrictions.
